If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For non-fault returns, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable

To keep pricing accessible and reduce unnecessary waste, items may arrive in simple protective packaging rather than retail-style presentation.

Packaging differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the product and are not considered a fault.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days depending on your provider.
